Lovely cut glass plate with a scalloped raised edge, could be used to hold candles or decorations. 6 inches in diameter, pretty starburst design. This item is in fair vintage condition. The cut glass design is on the underneath of the plate, it has an indentation in the center that may have been for a teacup or maybe a candle.
