Shipping policy

Your item will be shipped out within 24 hours unless you place an order on Saturday or Sunday the item will be shipped Monday. Your item should arrive within 3-5 business days with normal shipping. If you choose an expedited option it will be shipped according to your selection. The shipping price per item with differ depending on the size and or quantity you choose. You have several carrier options and shipping times, so prices will vary. We are an Antique & Artisan store. All our antique items are in used condition unless otherwise stated. This means that there may be slight chips, scratches or wear of some kind. We try our best to include this in our descriptions and pictures. All Artisan items are handmade and may differ slightly in color or texture. All our items come with carrier shipping insurance. If an item gets damaged by UPS or USPS we are NOT responsible for the damage but will try our best to help you get the information needed to collect insurance money from the shipping company. USPS & UPS require you to contact them with your claim. We pack our items with the utmost care. We love antiques and artisan products want to continue their preservation.
