Glass bell with porcelain flowers on top

Pretty clear bell with porcelain yellow ribbon for the handle as well as porcelain flowers on the top. The dinger is also a flower suspended from a brass chain. Lovely gift for the bell collector in your life. The sticker on it says "over 20% full lead crystal". The bell has a pretty sound. Fair vintage condition, originally made for AVON.
